  In 21st century business competition is a mutli-faceted competition of talent , capital, technology, energy , and talent. These are widely regarded as the core competitiveness of companies .How to train and build the company's own talent pool and improving functionality have become core competitiveness key points.In a rapidly changing age , companies need to constantly adapt themselves to change to survive .In the process of adapting to change , the knowledge structure, capability of the companies must also be changed, otherwise it will not survive.The study shows each additional $1 investment in training each time brings $50 in return to the company.

  More and more entrepreneurs have come to realize the importance of management training , especially in the era of little profit. Corporate profitability depends largely on the quality of corporate management. Companies need to focus on and get benefits from being able to manage. To some extent, the quality of training determines not only the level of enterprise management capabilities, but also the level of the core competitiveness of the companies.

  Our Group is attending to attract, train ,and employ talents. In 2004 , our company carried in-depth cooperation for two months’ Corporate Training with some well-known companies like Asahi Shares. Our company also transported the excellent staff to attend external training many times.

  On April 20, 2013, our Group sent eight management backbones once again to participate in a training courses titled " The Eagles Training Camp - execution" for three days in Suzhou.

  The course is structured around Peter Drucker "Targeting goal is not the main problem , how to implement and adhere to the implementation is the key issue ," as the core content , deepening the importance of execution in management .

  During the raining , every participants prepared carefully , studied actively. For example,in the activity of “PK IN THE TEAM”, they were united as one , and strived to win the honor leaving a deep impression on the team of other companies’ colleagues.

  Through training , the participants recognized the importance of executive power , and appreciate that it is better to assume responsibility rather than to escape it .

  Our chairman of the Board listened to staff training experiencse seriously after the training, and elected eight participants to impart learning experience in the subsequent meeting of the General Assembly. While he put forward his views with confidence, he also made ​​it clear that the group would emphasize long term training and learning, hoping each Hongxin person will truly "learn and apply their knowledge," in training and strggule for the realization of self-worth and Hongxin’s taking off!
