Long distance integrated pipe gallery design technology

  For pipe gallery layout in the design of long distance straight pipe galleries for the petrochemical industry, the pipeline thermal expansion or contraction must be considered. Compensation measures must be taken according to the conveying medium properties, temperature, pressure and running environment.

  Using the traditional compensation methods, given the huge elastic thrust, a platoon steel pipe gallery is normally used. But fire and corrosion coatings must be applied to prevent fires according to the material and the use environment. This makes the steel structure become soft, limits the carrying weight, and easily deformed, at higher cost and large maintenance requirements.

  Using a rotary compensation method, the thrust is relatively small, so only an independent concrete pillar tube frame in a丌 shape or a门shape is needed. Without further investment and maintenance, one-step molding and treatment can meet the requirements for chemical plant fire and corrosion control. It is tolerant and corrosion-resistant with a low cost and convenient to construct.
