Buried steam pipeline engineering and design technology

  With China's “cogeneration” development and urban construction needs, buried steam pipes will be the main means of cities central heating in the future .

  Buried steam pipes generally use the embedded steel sleeve (steel jacket) technology. It is waterproof, leakproof, impermeable, and compressive with a new technology for fully enclosed installation. Its insulating effect and reliability directly relates to the operation of buried steam pipe heat loss, environmental protection and safe operation.

  Currently, due to technical bottlenecks, the traditional buried steam pipe compensation method can not avoid the “thermal bridges " effect. It leads to big heat loss, external corrosion failure, leaks and explodes easily, and needs regular maintenance or shutdowns, which effect normal operations.
