  At 14:00 on May 10, 2013, the group held its first half year group staff meeting focusing on working conditions. The meeting summarized that the backbone of the group will go out to participate in the Asahi project and proceeded to be trained. Secondly the chairman proposed a strategy and challenged perceptions and opinions on the current domestic economic situation.

  The company ranks the training of its staff highly, and invests considerable material and financial resources to training of the employees in all aspects. From 2004 to 2013, the company had a cooperation with Asahi. To sum up, the biggest gain for staff is taking responsibility for their tasks bravely. As we all know the story of “three monks”, this is a typical case of shirking responsibility, where the final result is lost by the wayside. Within the enterprise, employees are the bearers of the specific job responsibilities and are the implementers, only when they take responsibility independently, solve problems immediately, submit the results quickly, can they get other people's recognition and respect. A second important factor is to have one hundred percent of the executive power, everyone can say, but not everyone can do. We must make contributions to the company, in accordance with the instructions from our leaders. We must complete the tasks effectively to make value rather than money.

  For the future development trends in the domestic economy, the topic of "How to have an invincible position in the fierce competition?” and “how to fight?" were focus of this meeting. For this, the chairman put forward the following contents:

  NO.1: Pay attention to the field and keep innovating. We must develop new products and new technologies constantly as well as improve technological competitiveness of enterprises in industry to always retain our leading industry position.

  NO.2: The training of personnel must not be delayed. Managers should seize the "attract, develop, make good use of" talent concept. Technological innovation ultimately is accomplished by talent, they are the dominant force in the company's development. Getting people is prosperity and losing people is decay.

  NO.3: Set severe management and strict assessment standards. We should evaluate the staff’s performance through the appraisal system objectively and reward good. The establishment of internal talent platform to promote the common development of employees and the team must be done, to improve staff’s quality and work performance.

  NO.4: Steady hold on to fight and dare to strive! For the coming group meeting, mobilize the staff. According to the previous deployment we should strengthen the implementation. Also, we should inspire the staff to play on a new project with Xinhong face and spirit.

  Through this meeting, the Group established strategies and objectives, planning ideas and execution details. We walk unified in the direction of development; with patience for personnel training. We believe that with the right business development, Hongxin will maintain leading position in this line of products.
