SZG-RS hot water non-thrust pipe automatic compensation system

　　Main advantages of a SZG-RS hot water dedicated compensator especially for buried heating pipe network system layout techniques:

　　1. High security: the characteristics of this technique are rigid pipes, flexible structure, and simple structure layout (see below figure); just excavate a trench and weld and install. The insulated pipes, can compensate for a large distance; large diameter pipelines generally can reach hundreds of meters (according to the pipe wall thickness and depth); in the corresponding position, two rotary compensator or above as a group, can absorb the bi-directional thermal expansion. Taking the pipe stagnation point as fastening point, the entire pipeline is in a stress free state without setting a fixed pier in the whole system. This ensures the safety of the pipeline, so that the service life of the pipeline can meet the design life of 30 years. This is twice the time, 15 years, specified by the Ministry of Construction.

　　3. Simple design and calculation: no calculation of stress and thermal stress are needed. For different terrain conditions, as long as the compensator is set within the stress limitation, it will work.

　　4. No operation and maintenance are needed: advanced technology is designed to make the entire line free of weak links; no operation and maintenance are needed.

　　5. The renovation is convenient and safe: stress free design and construction; no matter if it is pipe network renovation or a branch pipeline addition at any time, the renovation can be in any position without using any technical measures, as long as compensation is added at the branch pipelines.
